Firstly the most important part of this review is - I 110% recommend dealing with Quicksale. I recently decided to put a house on the market after much debate over retaining the property to rent out. I decided to contact Quicksale as the down to earth, no waffle approach through Davys advertising really appealed to me as opposed to the distanced aloofness of other companies. From the first point of contact absolutely nothing was a problem and Davy himself came to the property and spoke me through options and the pros and cons of different ideas I had. I’m the sort of person who is either completely dolly or completely dementing! Davy was brilliant at putting everything in layman’s terms and offering help and advice no matter which route I decided to go down. It was actually a pleasure to deal with Davy rather than “business style” meeting. The fact that Davy is completely grounded and is not only a business man but wants the best for his clients had me resolute that I would be working with Quicksale. If you are looking for an easy ride throughout your sale then honestly, take it from someone who can’t be dealing with pretentious jargon and loopholes - Work with Quicksale, I’d be willing to bet my last rollo that you’ll have the same great experience I did 😀 I will be recommending Davy and Quicksale on all my personal and business social media platforms and will always return to them for any business/advice I need with the knowledge that I will always be given the best treatment and sound advice. From day one had great service and support from Davy and the team at Quicksale. Having never sold property before I was unsure of how to go about it. Davy came to the house and explsined all the options available. He arranged everything with no upfront fees. Once the property was on the market Helen kept me up to date with all the viewings. Property sold quickly and Davy Helen and Ashley kept me sane throughout the whole process. Davy was very knowledgeable, honest and spoke to us in terms we could understand, no jargon or false promises. He's also a proper character! He gave us a great offer and the sale was completed in a couple of weeks, no hassles or pressure whatsoever. Absolutely recommended.

Davy attended our property and said yes he can sell it. Davy also said a realistic price unlike another estate agents that sat for 8 months with only a hand full of feet over the door! Quicksale said they would bring people over the door and they certainly did and within 1 month of being on there website 6 couples through the door and then an offer straight on the table. Highly recommend the back office staff are fantastic at there jobs and Davy is such a pleasure and gentleman as well my mother felt comfortable with him unlike the other estate agent Go Quicksale and you will be SOLD like he says on the add Thanks again Iain Roseweir

Heard of Davy and Quicksale through a friend, he personally visited me at the property and he gave me no frills advice which I really liked as I tend to run a mile when pushed. Quicksale had viewers lined up within a week of my first contact and property sold with two and half weeks for a very fair and realistic price.
