Great service for tenants. I've been renting a home through Robb Residential and have received great service from Rachel during this time. She has gone above and beyond, whilst attending carefully to the requirements of both property owner and me, and has dealt really well and diplomatically with some challenging situations. I would not hesitate to recommend them and intend to continue to use them as both tenant, and potentially landlord in the future.

I cannot recommend Robb Residential enough. My house had been on the market for quite a number of months with another estate agent and not having had a particularly good experience with them decided to contact Robb. As soon as I spoke with Robb Residential I knew I had done the right thing and had no hesitation in moving forward with them. They provided an excellent service taking time to visit me at home to explain the selling and marketing process. They were also very patient with me spending time reassuring and helping to alleviate my anxieties from my previous experience! They were extremely professional from start to finish and their communication with myself was second to none throughout the whole process. The photographs taken of my home were stunning with the photographer taking time to get the correct photographs in order to produce a fabulous brochure to give to prospective buyers. Tenant renting from this company. Mixed review so far. They were very helpful and sorted it on the day when our boiler packed in during winter months which deserves 5 stars. Not as happy with how they organise routine inspections and maintenance. Today someone showed up to inspect the smoke alarms with no warning and claimed he couldn't get us on the phone, checked the phone numbers and he looked awkward, had a printout of both our correct phone numbers and neither of us have any missed calls. I ended up letting him in and realised after that he didn't have a mask on so I'm going to be stressed for the next two weeks because I am immune suppressed which I have told the agency before. So lying about calling and not following covid regulations either. Previously have had calls on the day when I was very busy with work asking to inspect the property that day. I don't understand why they can't just be organised and give the legal minimum 48 hours notice. If they could sort their diary out this would be an excellent company to rent from.
