Heather was very professional in her approach and was very clear in understanding our needs and worked toward those needs consistently. I worked with Heather and Nina to sell and buy at the same time. They were very knowledgeable about the process and were a calming and encouraging presence throughout. Heather was very helpful by arranging a mortgage for the new property which accounted for my situation with a potential early repayment charge. Heather was also invaluable in checking whether interested buyers were actually able to put offers in as well as speaking to selling estate agents to get an idea of the size of the offers they would expect to receive which was greatly helpful in managing to submit a successful offer. Nina showed great interest in the house that I was selling as I showed her round which gave me confidence as I did not wish to show viewers around myself. In addition to taking the viewings, I found the feedback that Nina provided very helpful in knowing what viewers thought and gave a good idea whether an offer would likely be made which helped me know where I stood in the process.
