J. M.First thing to note about Yendor Homes is the incredible value for money when selling your home like we did. There are no hidden fees or upfront costs. No percentage that could change depending on the value of the property. In comparison to the other estate agents we had enquired with, Yender were very friendly and relaxed. Not pushy in any way and genuinely felt like they cared about us and our home. What made us very comfortable was how knowledgeable they are and we really appreciated their advice through the whole process and even their aftercare.
They were very friendly and approachable at all times. As you can imagine this was a nervous time for us but they were constantly available for our numerous questions and it was never an issue. The end result was a classy brochure and video on multiple social media platforms that we couldn’t quite believe was our house (even the drone for aerial shot).
They arranged everything for us so that it was hassle free. To say they exceeded our expectation would be an understatement.
