Zone Lettings acted as my agents for 13 years for a flat I let out in Glasgow. Review from Tenant: To be honest when I was viewing the flat I didn't get a good vibe from the property agent. He was rather rude to all viewers. However over the last four years of tenancy, Zone Letting was extremely professional and responsive. Any issue raised was dealt with in a short time. Rented a one bedroom flat from Zone letting for six months in Glasgow and I was very sad to leave my flat (but my job meant that I had to move). From the very start, they were quick to reply to my e-mails and quickly sorted out a viewing for me. At the viewing the person was very helpful on answering questions and was a much more positive experience than several other agencies whose flats I viewed. Even though they preferred a year tenancy, they were willing to talk to the landlord for me to get a six month contract due to the nature of my job. Within a matter of days I had all documents sent to me, with a copy of the inventory and contract which I could take a look at. Any questions which I had were answered promptly and in a friendly manner. During my stay, I had several issues such as the boiler timer not working and an issue with the lights. These were sorted out very quickly by the agency and had no issues whatsoever in helping me with any problems that I had. The people that they sent were very professional and flexible to my schedule. At the end of my tenancy, the final checkout took place quickly and deposit returned promptly with no issues whatsoever. I have only positive things to say about Zone Letting in Glasgow, and Ellie, Sasha and their team made being a tenant a stress free experience. Once I am back in Glasgow I will make it priority to look at their properties first.

I've recently acquired a rental property with them. This letting agency has thorough professionals, they are know what they do. Quite friendly, informative and kind bunch of people working in the Glasgow office. I've interacted with Ellie and Caroline so far and they are absolutely lovely, they were patient with my paperwork and proactively helped me with my lease. Even the property manager was a nice gentleman, I forgot his name though, they were quite considerate when I informed I was travelling between different cities when I visited Glasgow to view the property. All in all a very organised, friendly easy to work with crew at this Letting agency. Zone Letting has been a wonderful agency for the past 3,5 years that I rented with them. It was even one of the reason I was reluctant to change flats. Let me start by saying, I don’t usually write reviews. But after the wonderful experience renting out my apartment with Zone Letting I thought it was only fair to write down a few words. It had been quite some time since I last rented out my place and was starting to feel uneasy about all the paperwork etc that would have to be in place, but after speaking to Scott at Zone Letting all that anxiety disappeared. I will say at this point both Scott and Gary were incredibly helpful at every turn. I can’t emphasis enough how easy they made the whole process, from getting all the paperwork done, getting checks in place and making sure all safety requirements were up to date! They are obviously incredibly knowledgable about the industry and more than willing and capable to pass that knowledge on. After everything was in place and a rental start date was agreed there seemed to be someone in my place and rent being payed within the first week. It has now been a couple of months and I have to say their standard of excellence has not slipped. Always someone at the end of the phone or e-mail and even getting unsolicited updates on how things are going. 5 stars to Zone Letting, thank you.

Efficient service, easy to deal with, and very friendly. several appliances broke down in the flat my partner and I were renting during the course of our stay (dishwasher, washing machine motor, etc) , and they always sent an engineer round promptly to fix or replace them. Full deposit back after only 3 days of us moving out. Always dealt with the same person (Byram) who was great and it made it easier for us as well because we were all on the same page every time we spoke, would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone looking to rent.

Pros :- Agency staff is professional and responsive. Cons:- For small repair they get approval from owners. My current owner is stingy one and he never bothered to spend a single penny for small repairs. Not sure how they deal with my deposit.
