Daryl was a fantastic estate agent. Our purchase was anything but plain sailing and hit every obstacle going, but Daryl maintained professional and helpful throughout maintaining constant contact with both ourselves, solicitors and the sellers. We hope to deal with Daryl again in the future, and hope that its more simple next time but we are grateful he didnt give up on our very stressful journey. Highly recommended.

Daryl took onboard getting interested people for an upstairs property that needed to sell quickly. Within a week-10 days we had an offer which was too low and negotiations took place swiftly. Then the buyer that actually purchased the property came in view who offered more than the other interested people but it was still lower than what was required. Daryl was able to up the price to it's true value so that we were all satisfied. It was so handy being able to text and phone a person rather than a shop (with limited opening hours) with fairly quick replies.
