Murdock and Wasley have been brilliant throughout the whole process. Initially, we sold our house straightaway however this sale fell through after a few months. They resold our house within a day meaning we were able to proceed with our original purchase and we have now exchanged contracts and are due to move into our new home this week. We dealt exclusively with Matt Wasley who has been amazing-he has been really attentive to our needs and has responded to all of our queries and concerns immediately. Nothing was too much trouble for him and we are so grateful for everything he has done for us. Big thanks to Laura who has also done a lot of chasing for us. Also, their costs are very reasonable and highly competitive. We would always recommended Murdock and Wasley to anyone selling their home. The most wonderful service! Thank you, Hayley and Simon.

We recently bought a property through Murdock and Wasley and right off the bat Matt was great to deal with and had a great energy to how he operates. The viewing experience was not awkward or pressured and Matt had great knowledge and understanding of the seller's situation and about the property. Negotiations were sensible and straight forward and from beginning to end Matt kept us up to date and chased when required. A few hurdles on the conveyancing side and further up the chain, but Matt stuck with us and we knew he was doing his best. We would be happy to deal with Matt and Murdock & Wasley in the future.
