We've used Nicholas Terry Sales and Lettings as a Landlord for many years using the full managed service. They have always been outstanding. All the team are very helpful and professional. For any prospective Landlords I would advise to use the Full managed service - in the long run it is more cost effective because when anything goes wrong at the property they can get it sorted more quickly and normally at lower cost then you would be able to do by yourself.
