Their knowledge of the market, professionalism, and support during the marketing and selling was top notch. From the first moment we met Katy, we knew we had might the right choice. She was the complete professional, from beginning to end. Pretty spot on with the valuation, when other companies aim low to get lots of interest, or high to ensure they get the job. Their photographer was fastidious, too. We used Taylor’s in Abbeydale to sell our house recently. I can honestly say I was very happy with their service. All the staff were friendly, professional and pro-active, helping us get the house sold and the deal through to completion. We changed from another agent after being disappointed and never looked back. Leigh was very helpful giving advise on all aspects of the process and Sherrie was great in keeping us informed day to day with progress and viewings. When our first sale fell through (no ones fault!) the team at Taylor’s got our house sold again within a couple of weeks. Highly recommended.

I recently used Taylors for the sale of my property. Wow what a good choice I made! Very impressed! My first experience of Taylors was when I viewed a property on Redwell Road in Matson Gloucester. I saw Amelia, she showed me around and was all smiles and easy to talk to. I continued to view other properties in the area with other agents, before I started the ball rolling with Michelle Tuck coming out to see me about my property going on the market. After several weeks of looking for properties but not finding anything quite right or not negotiating the right price on a property, I decided to continue with the sale of my property because I learned I would not be taken seriously as a buyer, as I was not in a proceedable position, Understandably I contacted Taylors again and Leah came out to see me. She looked around my property and came with comparisons of other similar properties the same as Michelle Tuck did. She was very honest and realistic with the sale price and I felt instantly reassured I was in good hands, so I took her advice then I signed up. I later found out what a good choice in doing so after selling my property quickly. The next day the Property Centre where supposed to visit but I cancelled it, then I had nonstop phone calls and a pack dropped off with a report that was apparently illegal. I talked to Leah about this and how pushy they were. She re-assured me and I gave her the pack from the property centre with this report. They did not give up easily but this came across as desperate so ignored them. I really can’t thank Leah enough for her professionalism and dedication to keeping people happy. You can see she is very passionate about what she does and am so pleased I used Taylors. I used Countrywide Solicitors that are part of Taylors, not quite the same experience but any problems I had Leah to help me sort them out. She was only a phone call away during the whole process. As we all know moving can be a stressful process and Leah made that much more bearable. I have not moved for 16 years so this was a learning curve for me and I have learnt a lot during the process. Thanks you for a smooth and supportive move, I do recommend Taylors and I believe you are now selling my next doors neighbours maisonette of Penhill Rd through recommendation. Leah is a credit to Taylors, I just wanted to leave my experience as I am very grateful and appreciate a good job done. Cherie
