Really impressed with the team at the Abbeymead Office. We worked mainly with Steph who valued our property, Craig who carried out the photography and marketing and also with John. We were very impressed with all of these guys professional approach and knowledge of the Industry. The great thing about the Property Centre is their friendly nature, their reliability and their clear explanations of the process. I would thoroughly recommend!

Massive thank you to Stephanie Kehoe and Ocoee Hague for all their knowledge, compassion and help on our purchase. We had a long nearly 3 years of trying to purchase our family home and used several agents along the way. The ladies at the Property Centre stood out by far as being the most professional, helpful and clear in the whole process. Honestly thank you for all of your help, we have settled in well and are very happy!

My initial dealings with the property centre were with John from the Abbeymead office who subsequently left to work elsewhere before returning to work at a different branch a short time later. The initial process of putting my property on the market went smoothly and was easy. A open house was arranged and within a week of putting the property on the market I had received a number of offers of which i accepted one. The process was then handed over to the sales progression team in Quedgley. This is where some issues arose. There was no communication from the for some time and when i chased them up they hadn't started any work on progressing the sale. Shortly after this my original buyer pulled out of the purchase. This is where the service improved again and Steph from the Abbeymead office stepped in and took control of the sale and within a day the property sold again. Rather than passing it back to the sales progression team she kept control of it and the sale was completed in 6 weeks.

The Property Centre (Abbeymead branch) have been absolutely outstanding all the way through our house sale. From the first visit from Leon when he valued our house at a higher price than other agents, (which he managed to almost achieve). He was always so professional, friendly, informative and honest, just what you want in an estate agent.The video that Leon took I am sure really helped to sell our house and it was in with the overall price. Not all estate agents take these videos and some charge an extra fee for. James and John were also helpful as were the girls in the office. In face everyone that I spoke to throughout the whole process couldn't have been more helpful. Mia who handled the sale once it was agreed in principle was also amazing. She went over and above what was required and managed the whole chain with competence and proficiency. I will not hesitate to use The Property Centre again if needed and would recommend to anyone! The Property Centre Abbeymead branch were absolutely fabulous when it came to selling our very first home in Coopers Edge! From the very beginning Luke, Liam and the teams first class knowledge of the area made us feel comfortable with the pricing and marketing, booking over 20 viewings, giving us regular updates and selling our property for a great price within only 10 days!! After agreeing the sale in February we firstly dealt with Julie in sales progression who kept us regularly informed, but after the very unsettling news of lockdown we were incredibly concerned about the progress of our house and whether it would still go ahead. After making the decision to relocate to Cornwall this was obviously very stressful for us!! Thankfully Luke picked back up the reigns ensuring the house sale was regularly chased and thankfully negotiating a completion date for our home which we are SO incredibly thankful for. All we can say is that we couldn’t of made our move without the caring support of such a fantastic company. They sold our property in Coopers Edge. We were on with two agents and found both very good but property centre were the ones that sold for us. Our neighbours property remained unsold with a different agent for a while but they have since switch to PC and they also sold shortly after we did. They have always been friendly and helpful. Some of the other reviews seem a bit harsh.
