This has truthfully been one of the best accommodation I have ever had. I had an awful experience before with university accommodation and this is by far more professional. They fixed a lot of things in a very timely manner. We also love how much the repairs men helped us around! They all together have a very friendly and kind staff, something I haven’t experienced before. Would definitely recommend this accommodation to every student!!

I have been with Longman Jones for five years now as I've completed my Postgraduate studies and they are, by far, the best student accommodation company I've been with. Always friendly and they are always very efficient in fixing problems with the house. The houses themselves are well maintained and looked after and rent prices are very reasonable. I would highly recommend Longman Jones to any student looking for housing!

I lived with them a couple of years ago and they were a brilliant landlord. They were so lovely, had nice houses and got all work done within 24 hours. I couldn't recommend them enough. Longman Jones is by far the best accommodation I had! The staff is really nice and they're going above and beyond to ensure that everything is well on both sides. The house that my friends and I picked is nice and reasonably priced! Whenever we had issies with the house, they made sure that the problem was fixed that day or the next. I wipl definitely recommend it to anyone who's looking for accommodation!

I’ve lived in properties overseen by Longman Jones for three years. The girls at reception have always been lovely, friendly and super helpful! If there has ever been issue an with the property - from general wear and tear, to emergency situations - the maintenance staff who are on hand to deal with the situation are really lovely too. They are massively understanding to the student woes of finances, house issues, student issues, anything. That’s one of the main reasons I’ve stayed with them for the last 3 out of my 5 years as a student at Hull and would recommend no one else! They keep to their word of viewings (sending a message 24 hours before), are punctual, and have never shown up unannounced. In my experience, they uphold excellent standards of communication and relationships between student, landlord and themselves. Could not thank the staff enough, including those ‘behind the scenes’, for making student living in Hull as easy as they do!

No complaints! Staff are a pleasure to deal with and problems are sorted quickly (usually same or next day). They don't use the same hard selling techniques of other local student letting agencies so you don't feel pressured to sign anything when you go for viewings.
