My experience from meeting Govind was positive. He understood the type of property my family needed after viewing one property with him and was very professional. I have been a customer of Spring Estate Agents for almost eight years, having chosen them as my Letting Agent for my vacant Hull property. More recently, they have acted as the Estate Agent for the same property. Following several disastrous attempts at letting through another company (and a go at acting alone!) I decided to try another company - one local to my property. Govind Manocha is a friendly, approachable and most professional individual, who immediately put my mind at ease. I was living overseas at the time and was sorely tempted to sell the property, rather than go through the mill of yet another unscrupulous tenant! Spring Estate Agents have been steadfastly reliable in finding me reliable and trustworthy tenants and I can genuinely state that in the seven years they managed my property, I didn't experience any problems that you might associate with bad tenants or poor management. I should add that during the entire period I have used them as my Letting Agent, I have been living either overseas, or in the south of England - having a company you can really trust is everything, particularly when you can't flippantly drop by for an update, or inspection of property. Spring Estate Agents were the obvious company to use to facilitate the sale of my aforementioned property and did so with aplomb. I thoroughly recommend this company for the letting management or sale of your property.

Spring Estate Agents are by some considerable distance, The Best Estate Agents myself and my partner have ever dealt with. Being long term rental Tenants, we know a good Agent when we see one and they are very rare indeed. All too often, when renting, tenants can be looked upon as a nuisance and treated with disregard, often feeling second best to Landlords and people looking to buy. This has never been the case with Spring Estate Agents. This was never going to be a easy sale. A bad tenant wrecked the place but Govind at Springs took it on. I initially refitted the bathroom but other agents undervalued it. Govind knew it had potential and we discussed a small refurbishment to bring it back to a more desirable sales proposition. Govind is very knowledgeable of the area and after the renovation which cost £3000,Springs managed to achieve a price of £12000 above other agent's valuations. During the sales negotiations it was clear that Springs are head and shoulders above other agents who I saw as basicly commission driven. I first went to spring in 2010 and my checks were sorted for the flat I viewed in less than a week (which was extremely helpful as I had to leave university accommodation promptly). Spring are different to most estate agents I know because of how they hold their landlords to a high standard of property and maintenance. This is ideal for us because we want to have a clear conscience and know that the tenants are treated with respect and fairness. We're very happy knowing that any repairs are carried out quickly and smoothly and the tenants are left in peace to enjoy their homes. It's a longterm view which we agree with, and the result is that our tenants tend to stay a longtime and even ask if their friends can move in when they move out!
