We would like to thank the Nina and the team at the willerby branch, who were very supportive, knowledgeable and maintained communication throughout the process of buying a new house. Having started the process prior to the pandemic and first lock down communication was maintained throughout even though the first property fell through and back to the drawing board we went with the help of Nina who know what property we wanted, and after the testing times we have now began to settle into our new house and relax - which after living with packing boxes around you for months due to the uncertainty is a real bonus. We cannot thank them enough for their support during these very testing times, and no question was a silly question (which was a relief) support via telephone calls which sometimes after hours were and are appreciated. many thanks again and stay safe

Very efficient service from William H Brown. Jae our mortage advisor aswell as everyone else in the office, when answering my many calls were great! As first time buyers me and my partner had a lot of questions and they were all answered honestly and effectively. Although sometimes a little slow returning calls, in general I found the team polite, friendly and professional. Savanna in particular was very good and 'on the ball' when obtaining and relaying information when the sale of our property stalled due to frequent and unnecessary stalling further down the chain. Im a landlord and I’ve just let my property with the help of Lois Swaby at William H Brown. I can’t say enough good things about her and would recommend them to anyone Lois was extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with from the start.
