I could not recommend Ashley and the team at Belvoir Ipswich highly enough. We recently sold our property through them and from the valuation, to the listing and dealing with viewings they were awesome. As the sale started to progress Ashleys knowledge and experience really put us at ease and helped things move along. The estate agent for our onward purchase were of the online type and I have to say it was a pretty impersonal experience largely dealing with a different person in a call centre every time. If you're a seller I urge you, don't go with an online agent go with someone you can pick up the phone to or send an email or go and see if you must. You won't regret it. It’s rare that I write reviews for companies unless there is something bad I’ve experienced that I want to warn others about. HOWEVER, with Ashley and his team at BELVOIR IPSWICH this is the totally opposite case. I’m going to put the next line in bold because I cannot emphasise it enough. IN MY EXPERIENCED OPINION ASHLEY AND HIS TEAM AT BELVOIR IPSWICH ARE AN UNDISCOVERED GEM WITHIN THE ESTATE AGENCY WORLD OF IPSWICH. IF I COULD RATE THEM TEN STARS I MOST DEFINITELY WOULD. I say experienced opinion because in the long time (2 years) I attempted to sell my property it wasn’t without its stresses and upsets. Quite frankly at the hands of all other Ipswich estate Agents (EXCEPT BELVOIR) it’s been one of the most painful and distressing experiences I’ve ever had in my life. I must’ve tried at least 8 estate agencies who either didn’t value my business, down right blatantly lied and misled me or just made no interest in selling my property. No word of a lie. It must’ve been 8 estate agents. BUT NOT BELVOIR IPSWICH. Belvoir Ipswich were the only estate agent that I stayed with throughout the whole process. They bar far brought me the most viewings and offers too. The support, honesty and listening they brought to the task cannot be overstated. Initially yes, there was one very minor teething problem with Belvoir. But, Ashley and his team at Belvoir Ipswich listened, took on board what I said and acted. There was never a single problem ever after. I seriously cannot over state the value of having Ashley’s support and guidance throughout the whole process. Even when I sold through a different agent Ashley was still there, telling me to go back to him if I needed advice. He was always honest with me and more importantly kept me up to date every single week on what was going on with the marketing, even if it was just to say “nothing of significance to report this week”. Almost two solid years Ashley and his team kept up their weekly dedication to keeping me informed and marketing my property. They are simply BRILLIANT. The irony of the whole situation is that when I went into the Belvoir office after such awful experience at the hands of my first two agencies, I was reluctant and wasn’t confident Belvoir were right for the job. I’m so glad that this once I didn’t trust the devil on my shoulder because Belvoir Ipswich are so far ahead of all the other Ipswich agents In terms of honesty, drive and support they’re practically in space compared to all the other shoddy, dishonest and lazy estate agents in Ipswich. And yes that’s most of them. Please do not under estimate how much I implore you to use Belvoir Ipswich when you next want to sell your property. I cannot recommend them highly enough. I HAVE SAID IT ONCE AND LET SAYS IT AGAIN - ASHLEY AND HIS TEAM AT BEVLOIR IPSWICH REALLY ARE AN UNDISCOVERED GEM IN THE ROUGH OF IPSWICH ESTATE AGENTS. We rented our house in Suffolk via Belvoir for over 18 months. From the start of the tenancy, Belvoir were brilliant. They were always on the end of the phone, and very quick to respond with the numerous things thrown at them - new locks, new TV ariel. Sadly the Landlords sold the property, so we had to move, but that was all dealt with professionally by their staff, and our deposit was returned quickly after the final handover meeting. A very positive renting experience, and would definitely look to rent, or buy or sell with them in the future as it was a pleasure dealing with their staff.

I must say, of all the letting agents and landlords i've encountered, Belvoir has to be up there with the best. They were polite and helpful from the off and their fee's were very reasonable which, in the current climate, was a BIG bonus. So many agencies out there have hidden fee's all over the shop but not Bevlvoir. A decent admin fee and a more than acceptable deposit (which we got back in full i might add) made them an easy choice. The agents who were there for our viewings were very friendly and could have a laugh. When we found the place we were looking for, they were on hand to help out whenever something cropped up and anything we needed doing was done inside a few days, tops. Lee was our main point of contact and he was always there to help. The place we moved in to was where my fiancee and i would be living for the first time together and Belvoir helped make it an easy experience. Moving in with a partner for the first time is daunting enough without having the stress of having to deal with expensive agencies, talking complex jargon at you but Belvoir explained everything clearly and ensured we understood everything before we signed. All in all, given the choice we would have loved to have stayed with them but the house we wanted was unfortunately managed by another agency so had to go with them. We recently used Primedale to sell our house in Ipswich. Excellent service and genuine, useful advice. The obvious experience and competence was refreshing and reassuring to comparative novices in the property market like us! We were quoted an excellent fixed fee price, a good set of details was produced and they took a lot of photos - even retaking a couple when they found that a slightly open cupboard spoiled the shot. Our property went up on the web (usual places, Right Move etc.) and we had five viewing requests leading to three full asking price offers within 24 hours. Primedale also organised the EPC and passed on the keys to the purchaser on completion. They answered a number of questions we had during the process quickly and professionally. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely recommend them.
