I have bought and sold a few houses over the years but this was far and away the easiest house purchase I have ever had. Nothing was too much trouble and they were always willing to talk/listen. My initial decision to use haart Kesgrave was due to their proximity plus I have purchased the property back in 2010 via the same agent. Sami, the Branch Manager, visited and viewed the property, took measurements, provided her marketing thoughts, etc and advised the fee, etc. Lotte visited to take photos and videos and then the property was on the market. There were numerous viewing and eventually a purchaser was found. I was confident the purchaser was genuine and could afford the property as haart require all purchasers to meet financial criteria. Despite the offer being less than I really wanted, I chose to accept the offer as it was a genuine one which had been verified and I didn't want the house I had identified as being my ideal house being sold to someone else. Yes I could have held out for more but I may have lost the sale and it may be months until another one could be found At every stage, Sami and Lotte were keeping me in the loop, were polite, kind and accommodating. It was a pleasure doing business with them and they have been part of my journey to downsize to a property I wanted and for my long term plans I would highly recommend Sami and Lotte they do work very hard for you and they are good people

I will start this review by saying that I was multi-agency at the beginning of our journey and one of the agents offered a FAR less expensive deal straight out of the gate - obviously I wanted to sell through them and save myself some cash!! However, once I started the process, Haart were a standout outfit and I soon realised why they charged more for their service; from their very proactive sales processes, FLINK marketing, their constant contact (making sure you are kept abreast of progress and next activity) to their after sales services...chasing the Lawyers on both sides, which is imperative when you need to exchange within a certain timeframe. It was also refreshing to deal with an Estate Agent who doesnt hard sell you at the start of the process when all you want is a little brain space to make decisions. I also spent some time in their office and this attitude to sales doesn't just extend the the seller. **SHOUT OUT TO CHARLOTTE ROBERTS** Lottie was the standout for me during this process and she ultimately sold my property. What a breath of fresh air she was during a stressful time! I was lucky enough to listen to her show my home to prospective buyers and it was effortless, she basically sells through service and understands that relationships are key to being successful. Thank you Haart Kesgrave (Sami and team) for just getting things done, you were amazing. I'm not one who has time for estate agents on the whole as they tend to waffle and receive at the first opportunity. With Oliver and his team this is not the case. Never have I found such a helpful individual which in our situation was very fortunate. My mother is over 91 and very frail. Oliver or one of his team popped by regularly and helped my mom deal with literally every aspect of her move. Tasks included assistance with paperwork, chauffeuring her to inspect her intended purchase, speaking to the conveyencers on her behalf to just popping around to have a cup of tea and reassuring her. The Kesgrave area has quite a high percentage of elderly folk and so when choosing an estate agent in how you are treated as a person should be a very important consideration. Don't look any further.
