I have just become a tenant and have been impressed by the professional but friendly way of working. Very fast at replying to emails and always willing to spend time answering questions. Highly recommended based on my experience so far.

I have used home from home since July 2018 and lived in 2 of their properties. Staff are always very accommodating and friendly and will explain things fully if you’re unsure. The properties are well maintained and any maintenance issues that occur are dealt with pretty quickly for the most part. The moving in and out process is simple and easy and there are no hidden fees. I would definitely recommend to students for a cheaper alternative to student halls, plus a lot more for your money!

I have rented a room in one of their properties for two years and I was very happy with the overall process and the property. If there was an issue with the house, I would email the property manager and she would try to take care of the issue as soon as possible. Sharon (the owner) was also very helpful.

Completely agree with Chris's comments on here. Also not sure they have the tenants interest at heart. One lady in particular (I think the owner) a little patronising when I was looking to rent for my daughter & also sell my own property.
