This was the second time I have sold my home using Keystone and I cannot recommend every aspect of their service highly enough! Jonathan from the very outset has a calm and extremely experienced approach and guided me through the marketing of the house, while being understanding of my needs and situation at all times. My previous experience renting properties through agencies was pretty bad, poor service, slow response if any issue arose… I had to chase them many times to resolve an issue. So when I moved from Peterborough to Ipswich and have signed a contract with Keystone I didn’t know what to expect… We have rented property through Keystone for 4 years. The service was brilliant, they were honest and quick in response. We had some issues during our renting period and all was resolved pretty quick without chasing up. When we found our new home we left the property in the same condition as received, all clean & ready for the next tenant. We have received back our deposit in full. Apparently, we have overpaid £60 for the final inspection, this was pointed out by Keystone staff and returned to our account within a few days. We would not hesitate to recommend them. In January 2015 I viewed 2 of Keystones 2 bedroom flats the first was the one I got and the second was the one I wanted on the waterfront. There was some issues why I was unable to rent the waterfront property and generously Keystones allowed me to rent the first property I viewed at a cheaper rate to that advertised. I remained a tenant of Keystones officially until mid july of 2017, but handed in my one month notice end of may. Due to family issues I had to break my tenancy early was suppose to be up in the august. Keystones was so understanding and didnt make any issues for me, despite ending my tenancy early I recieved my full deposit back with no issues. Would highly recomend renting with Keystones they are quick, understanding and flexible. P.S. I had to change the date I paid my rent on a couple of occasions and there was no issues, when I needed anything to be sorted with the flat if I had any issues Keystones was there the same day.

Everyone has good and bad parts. I can definitely say that Keystone has more good parts than bad parts... no doubt. For me, this agency will remain the only one who really helped me, the others agencies was very unprofessional ...that not to say more. So no one can convince me that Keystone is a bad agency. I repeat, Keystone has more good parts than bad ones and I beleve that they help everybody, if you are fair whit them.
