We found Stevenson Coward Property Consultants to be thoroughly professional throughout the sale of our Property. At times we had difficulty with our chosen solicitors but Oliver and George kept up with communication lines as to not let things slip away ensuring all parties got the right results in the end. These guys go the extra mile to get your sale over the line. We would also like to mention their fair rates and honesty, we liked their way of selling . I had my house on the market for a while with another agent and it was a slow burner. I appointed Stevenson Coward Property and my house sold within four weeks of relaunch which was amazing! Especially during the peak of the pandemic. Both George and Ollie were amazing. I can't fault their professionalism or standards. Both are high class. The advertisement was great and really made my property stand out from the rest. George and Ollie have a very modern way of working which was great and worked very well around my working hours. 10/10 cannot recommend enough and I would like to once again personally thank you both for the way you alleviated a lot of stress for me and made the sale of my house run as smoothly as possible.

I had never heard of Stevenson coward and was recommended them from a friend. I’m always a little weary but my goodness they are nothing but professional. Starting from the listing and the drone/camera they use really does attract and bring a different angle to keep attention high on your home. As soon they put the house up they had 7 viewings and fitted them all around us and our newborn, they took all the pressure away from us and never late which is great. We got messed around by a buyer and they where on the ball and listed it with the hour and again another 3 viewers in one day and sold again. Always on the phone day or night and any questions are answered immediately and professionally guide us through our sale. Nothing but incredible guys and thank you for everything. I hadn’t heard of Stevenson Coward prior to selling my late mums bungalow. The company I was originally with were not doing anything much to sell the property in my opinion and we had no viewings at all in the first few weeks/months. I was approached by Ollie from Stevenson Coward asking if I would allow them to try and sell the bungalow and decided to give the unknown a try. As it turns out it was a really good decision! Although we were in the middle of lockdown due to Covid, they still managed to market the property in such a way that we had a few interested parties in the first few weeks of them taking it on. Ollie regularly kept me up to date with feedback from potential buyers and offers on the property. He sent me details of similar properties so that I could compare the market and ensure I was selling it at the correct price. He helped me negotiate when I had an offer and then regularly kept me up to date as the sale was agreed and progressed. Ollie (and George) have been polite, friendly yet professional throughout what can be a difficult process and I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend the company to anyone else. We started our journey with Haart as this was the estate agent that was selling the house we wanted to buy. Well what can I say - when George and Ollie came over to put my house on the market - having been on with 2 other estate agents and nothing I told them that I was going to create a new tv program called the unsellable and that they would have to perform a miracle, which they confidently told me they would do.
