Having had a really horrific experience with another estate local agent in Morley I can honestly say that dealing with Dacre's in Morley was a breath of fresh air. Gavin from the offset was reliable, honest and to the point with no messing about which is exactly what i was looking for. The property was a tough one to crack but Dacre's pushed on finding a good buyer in a suitable time frame and pushed it as hard as possible giving me as much feedback as they could and being able to put up with my constant chasing which i do apologise for. At no point did Emma or Susan make me feel like i was being a nuisance (even though i know i was) If you want a great service with a great team of people then Dacre's Morley is where you need to be from the start no doubt about it. Haven't dealt with several estate agents now as a buyer and seller Gavin makes sure that Dacre's Morley stands out from all the rest. To top things off even after the deal was done, Gavin personally called me to invite me in to the office for a drink and a catch up after closing hours and even Emma herself hung back to have a chat even though she didn't have to.
