We have just completed the sale of our house with Furnell Residential. From first contact, booking a valuation with Ben, the viewing process with Lauren and Maddie, and the sale process with Victoria the customer service has been outstanding. At any time during the sale process, Victoria knew every detail of the chain, and expected timescales. Victoria made the process easy, she was constantly chasing the buyer, buyers estate agent and solicitors….. if she hadn’t, we might not have completed this side of Christmas, with the delays further down the chain. We believe this approach is above and beyond other agents in the area, from our limited interaction. We would recommend anyone thinking of selling their home to do so with Furnell Residential.

When selling your home choosing the right estate agent is vital to securing a quick sale on your property and moving to your dream home. Furnell residential is not only professional ,proactive and responsive but secures offers quickly . Furnell is a family owned business and headed up by Ben Furnell with wife Victoria . What’s wonderful about this team is unlike other high street estate agents they generally work seven days a week, 24 hours a day, they always pick up the phone to me no matter what time of day, even responding to emails into the earlier evening You could not ask for a more committed estate agent to take you through the journey of selling your home, they completely take the stress out of this process. I had the unfortunate experience of my buyer not proceeding at the point of exchange ,very quickly Ben Furnell secured a sale within 24 hours. Then it happened again with another buyer based in the Middle East who thought it was okay to pull out of the exchange twice!! What did Ben and his team do again ? commence viewings and within 48 hours received two offers! We recently sold our property with Furnell and they were amazing from start to finish. Being first time sellers, the process was quite daunting but they were so supportive throughout. Ben was so welcoming when we first met him and really gave us the time to discuss the property and what we were hoping to achieve from the sale. This is the easiest review that I have ever had to write. I can honestly say that I have just experienced the best estate agents ever! Both my daughter's have ust purchased houses on sale through furnell residential. They were fabulous throughout both sales. Victoria was so proactive you wouldn't believe! Most agents don't do as much as she did and I know being a landlord myself. Although we were the buyer she still kept us informed along the way and she communicated with all solicitors at all times. Victoria was friendly and courteous throughout. I cannot praise or recommend Furnell Residential enough to you. T
