Jon Vickers is absolutely amazing! I completed the sale of my property a couple of weeks ago and unfortunately both myself and the buyer solicitor were quite slow with the process, thankfully Jon was always available to chase up both parties and kept me up to date without me having to contact him first (a true rarity these days!) He was always quick to reply to my emails and at the other end of the phone when needed. I really believe that Jon is a valuable employee, and a hard working individual who would excel wherever he is. THANK YOU for a super outstanding service Jon!!

We initially had some confusion with HOP over the tenure of the property as it wasn’t clearly advertised as a leasehold property meaning we had to reapply for our mortgage after the lender’s survey enlightened us to the lease which resulted in additional solicitor fees. Apart from this hiccup, we then continued the process with the help of Lucy who was brilliant throughout the rest of the process of our sale. She fully kept us up to date with everything and went above and beyond to ensure we understood all of the steps of the process and always had time to answer our questions and help us out. She made a stressful first purchase of a property much smoother with her friendly attitude, helpful nature and good humour. Couldn’t thank her enough!
