Parklane Properties have looked after us for over ten years, first managing the letting of our single house in Leeds and then acting as sole agent for the sale of the property. I've recently signed a 12 month contract for a one-bedroom flat in Leeds with Parklane. I can't say I've had a better experience with a property agent in my whole life. Their staff have made the process extremely smooth - booking viewings, paying a deposit or rent, signing any contracts, etc. The staff are always willing to help out when I've had any inquiries such as my most recent one regarding installing fibre optic broadband in my flat. Out of all the property agents I've spoken to in Leeds, Parklane has definitely been the best.

The team at Parklane we’re fantastic from start to finish. The valuation Satty gave us was 20% higher than the 5 other estate agents we spoke to, but with her extensive contacts in the UK and abroad she was confident she would be able to get the best price for our apartment. From arranging professional photos to managing viewings, Parklane were extremely skilled and professional. At no point did we talk about reducing the price and they found a buyer who offered our full asking price within a reasonable time frame. After the sale was agreed, the great service didn’t stop. Stress free, extremely fast, convenient and sold for over-asking. I don't know anyone else who describes their house sale in this way. We recently used Parklane to sell our house in Rodley. I could not be happier with the service we have received. We had an initial visit from Satty who made a thorough assessment of the house and had clearly researched the area and similar properties well, suggesting the guide price that we had in our minds already. The property brochure was professionally done, and sent to us for review prior to being published. Viewings were arranged to be as convenient to us as possible, with an initial open day, run by parklane, to minimise disruption to our family. Both Lucy and Edward were very helpful in arranging and conducting viewings, both knowing our property and the area well. Everyone involved was always happy to give advice, from the best solicitors to use to the norms and pit-falls of house sales. This was particularly helpful in knowing what was and what wasn't something to be worried about. Ultimately, our house sold for £2,000 more than the asking price. From the initial appraisal by Parklane, to putting it on the market, to conducting viewings and to completion took only 12 weeks. Craig

They were not bad during the tenancy. After we had moved out, some problems getting a deposit back in full which was eventually resolved. They said the cost to replace a carpet would be over £700.00. They would not give any evidence of this. Went through the Tenancy deposit scheme to get the money back in light of this. They eventually settled and said it would be 300.00. Had to push for this and feel a little bit played as I requested the deposit as a matter or urgency and paid a cleaner recommended by them £120.00 to begin with.

We bought a leasehold property via Park Lane and they were helpful all the way through - providing excellent, prompt service and chasing things up whenever necessary. It took us around a year to buy a property from start to finish, and Park Lane - namely Nick, Satty and Lucy - were all helpful and patient throughout the whole process - much better than a lot of other agents we dealt with (e.g. Bridgfords!)
