I rented my property out for the first time and Tudor were extremely helpful. Within a few days the house was advertised and a week later a contract signed with tenants. They moved in within 3 weeks. Tudor helped me through the whole process and gave me useful advice. The fees were reasonable, and the staff on time, and available on the phone when I had questions. Professional, efficient and friendly.

A helpful and trustworthy agency! The rental market in the autumn of 2022 was so hot that it was difficult for me to find a suitable place for my recent move to Leeds. Thanks toTudor, I found a flat here and the whole process went very smoothly. We contacted Tudor at the beginning of April 2020 for help with finding a new tenant for our property and a new letting agent to manage our property. After our initial discussions we decided to sign up with Matthew as we felt Tudor were an honest and professional agent, communication with Matthew has been excellent. Would highly recommend tudor sales and lettings.
