Unique Properties were our landlords for 2 years and the whole experience was very positive. From signing the property itself to general maintenance to regular communications, an overall good experience. Any issues we had during our tenancy were resolved in a timely and efficient way with clear and responsive communication. As far as landlords/estate agents go, Unique are one of the best.

We had the pleasure of staying in one of unique’s 3 beds in Headingley for the past year. The house was beautiful and kept in immaculate condition. Unique Leeds were a wonderful agent, they responded to any queries we had very professionally and quickly and the maintenance man dealt with (very few) issues efficiently. Regular safety checks were carried out and the team were always on hand to help when needed. We are more than pleased with our renting experience and would definitely recommend unique to anyone looking to rent in the area :)

Spent 2 years of my student life with these guys in the same house and I would definitley recommend. Professional and responsive, sent maintenance round quickly whenever there was an issue - which wasn't very frequently - and really helpful when it came to sorting out my wifi etc when I wasn't there to let them in myself. 110% one of, if not the best, letting agents around Leeds. Great business, took over from our previous letting agency half way through the tenancy. Was always quite to resolve problems and reply to emails. Landlord was a great guy who always helped out when we needed and gave us our full deposit back. Can fully recommend to all students looking for their first flat/house share.

Don’t let the username put you off, it’s a stupid name for YouTube videos haha. I stayed at properties for 2 years with Unique, and I have only left because I had to! Can’t guarantee I’ll be living in Leeds for an entire year to keep on renting with them. They are absolutely brilliant, problems are sorted straight away, and if you don’t fancy emailing going into the store to be met with helpful friendly faces is fantastic. I stayed at 32A and Flat C 150 Otley road, both were amazing! Best landlords/letting agents I’ve ever had the pleasure of meeting! Helen and Jenny thank you!

A smooth step by step process in setting up the tenancy agreement to constant up keep of the property on demand (within reason).
