I want to say a HUGE thank you for YPP team especially Sami! For the great services you have provided me & all my friends. Sami has helped me a lot from the beginning of signing the contract until today in terms of being very flexible with students, always try his best to make the procedure easy to them & responds to any enquiries even out of his working hours & aim for tenants satisfaction. Their flats have a modern high quality furniture & rent is affordable. I live in Park square which is in a great location surrounded with several cafes & a lovely park. Also there is a Concierge (Vasilis) he is very friendly and humble. The most thing I like about YPP is that they make students feel like home & always remember their special celebrations. This is the second time I am reviewing YPP in 2 years and this tine I wish I could give more than 5 stars to this company!!! My daughter is studying in Sheffield and though she is only been there for 5 months in total, my experience with YPP is beyond my expectations. They have proven themselves in more than one occasion by being professional and understanding! I would like to express my gratitude especially to Sammy, who I have been dealing with and he managed to respond and cover all my questions and requests, even when I had to contact him after-hours! I have been stayed with YPP for 2 years and have been very satisfied. There is much to like about YPP: exquisite apartments, manicured gardens, prompt maintenance and very comfortable living. I've been staying with YPP for almost 2 years now, and so far the team has been very professional and responsive to any inquiries and request between tenancies. Most of all, Sami has been very active in communicating with me throughout the years and frequently updates me about information or anything else that I may miss without having to ask the office myself. I lived in George House, York this past year and I am so grateful to Mahidul Islam for all his support throughout my tenancy and now that I have left, as well. Mahidul acted with great professionalism regarding answering any queries I had, he has always responded very quickly. During the pandemic and when I was having a tough time I had to go back to my home country, Mahidul acted with great empathy and understanding towards my situation and came up with quick solution which really helped. Now that I have moved out I had some questions regarding my deposit and needed a reference for when moving to a new place, Mahidul again was very kind and provided me with everything I needed. Very professional! During my first year staying in one of YPP property, I had some serious issues with my staying property. YPP responded immediately and handled it excellent and really professionally. It would take a long time to thank everyone who helped me individually in this review. But I really appreciate their help. Thus, I have now rebooked with them (since I want peace of mind that the company I am renting from is responsible and respond fast to any issue). Still, I want to thank specific Mahidul, who contacted me recently for an offer; again in a really professional and straightforward manner. Finally, I don't get some of the negative comments based on my experience. Yes, things can go wrong (in my case extremely wrong), but that's why YPP is professional. They deal with them fast without complications or empty words. ( I would review the property I stay negatively but that has nothing to do with YPP)

This is my first time renting with YPP, Flats are very clean with high quality furniture. buildings locations are in the city center which is ideal for students and professionals.Good and fast response within one day to any issue by just submitting it in fixflo which i found it very helpful. I usually don’t leave reviews but honestly, I saw so many negative reviews here and can’t understand why there were so few positive ones. It’s probably because people only post a review when things go wrong more so than when things are good. Now, I can only speak of my experience and I’m not taking away from any one else’s critique. I have been staying at the Oasis on Cookridge street for the past two years (still currently staying and going into my third year) and have had a great experience so far. The staff at YPP City Centre, which is below my building have been fantastic. The entire team make me feel welcomed every time I step in the office, and deal with any complaint or issue I have with urgency and kindness. I have not had a bad experience with any person that I have dealt with. The person at the agency I deal with in particular, Jaber, has been amazing. He has gone above and beyond and even during the lockdown, just called to check in to see how everything was. I am not sure of others but my rent did not increase after 3 months. It was the same price all the way through to the end of my one year term and did increase like £20 a month for my new contract I signed. But I have received various discounts, which have made my stay even more affordable, so no complaints there. Now are there problems with YPP as a whole? A few but really, too few to mention, at least for me. Most of it is just some maintenance issues but those are resolved very quickly by the maintenance team, who I have found to be really good. Honestly, as a whole, I would rank everything 4 stars, but since this review is geared toward the YPP city center office and my experience with them, I’ll give it 5 stars, as they have been amazing so far.

Ypp lettings is at the top of the table in terms of professionalism and it really is a very good value for money. Been with them for 3 years now and there’s not a problem they could not solve. Maintenance is always available, especially at anytime during an emergency, and there are no limits to what they can fix. The team is very responsive to all enquiries, however Jaber at YPP helped me out the most during my years in the apartment. He was available for anything. He always heard us out and did whatever he could to make sure everything is met to our satisfaction, no matter the enquiry. I wish I could rate YPP's Leeds City Centre Office with 6 stars because they fully deserve it. This is thanks to the quality, responsiveness, professionalism of all their staff, and also their willingness to listen to their tenants' needs and address any issues may occur during their tenancy. Important: This review is with my real full name. I am a current tenant living in one of their properties. I am not on their payroll and this review is not a payoff of any kind! Despite a small miscommunication with my move in arrangements + a minor issue with my inventory which were addressed timely and professionally, after interacting further with them over a period of 8+ months now, I have completely changed my mind which initially was not the best. Sometimes it is very easy to let disappointment lash out at everyone and everything. Miscommunications may happen sometimes. Who's faultless after all? For those of you that have rated them badly, I am not saying that you have been lying. Most certainly you had your reasons for your feedbacks. However, and to be fair, all of the negative feedbacks I have read have forgotten to review/feedback the following: 1. Communication/Efficiency: You can book a property with them literally within hours online even if you are based 5,000 miles away from Leeds. Special thanks to Louise for assisting me to secure a property with them last August literally to the last minute on a Bank Holiday Sunday. Who would have responded to enquiries at 7:00pm on a Bank Holiday Sunday? I don't know many. Thank you Louise once again. 2. Responsiveness: Their responsiveness to enquiries is great. Usually they will get back to you if not in the same business day, then definitely the following. 3. Lettings Consultants: Their Lettings Consultants Team is extremely friendly, professional and approachable. For those of you that have reported their responsiveness please try to understand that these people try to make an honest living and have to cope with an enormous workload on a daily basis under unprecedented/unforeseen circumstances (pandemic, lockdown etc.). So go easy on them. If some small delays occur once in a while -and without questioning their skills, abilities and efficiency by any means- that will be because of YPP's workload/staffing levels. In my opinion the owners need to employ more people because it is humanly impossible for a team of 20-30 people to deal within a few hours with: enquiries of any kind, complaints, inspections etc. for 600+ tenants and a few thousand prospective tenants bombarding them with emails on a daily basis from all over the world. 4. Staff: Their maintenance/operations/concierge-reception services are awesome thanks (yet again) to the quality and high level of professionalism of their people (Congratulations to Ellie at the reception and also to Naomi & Taz from their concierge). 5. Professionalism: Their willingness to improve things is more than obvious. Whilst quite a few landlords, care mostly about collecting their rent. This is not the case with YPP. And special thanks to Cheryl for taking the time to discuss with me a few minor issues (concerns really) I had until quite recently. 6. Properties: Their properties are state of the art modern luxury apartments in prime locations. 7: Prices: Although admittedly their apartments are anything but cheap, their prices in comparison to others are very competitive. Also their promotional offers during your tenancy will save you a lot of money (advance rent payments at massive discounts, gift cards, prize draws including cash etc.). Once again I would like to publicly thank their team for: A. Lifting ''all the weight off my shoulders'' while I was trying to book a property asap from 2,000 miles away while other Lettings Agencies were getting back to me after 4+ business days. B. Addressing timely and professionally any minor issues reported and for making my stay in Leeds fantastic! Highly Recommended! Thank you and CONGRATS to all of your STAFF without exceptions! I thank Sami for his quick response and flexibility in dealing, and I appreciate all his services and work, even outside his working hours. I received the apartment, modern, Cozy, and sweet, but it was not clean at all. In fact, he asked me to re-clean, but I also need to clean more and see them and change some of the worn-out furniture. Unfortunately, the company did not cooperate with me in this particular. The furniture is dilapidated, but the least that allowed me to change the mattress,,, The sofa refused to change it, and it is very dirty and worn out, so I had to clean it myself and cover it with an insulating cover and another cloth cover that works, but the rest of the apartment is beautiful and its finishing is nice, but the sofa and the mattress for the bed and everything I tried to cover or change is better.. Their contract It is clear and their affairs are clear as an office, God willing, I will not encounter any problems during the year, God willing, and it is necessary to do the report and visualize everything you notice before entering,, and all the success (Original) I would like to thank Sami, he is really fast in responding and he answers me even out of his work time, I really appreciate his services..
