When my auntie went into a care home I had to decide what to do with her bungalow. This was a new experience for me but Sam patiently talked me through the two options - renting and selling. I took the renting one and, after vetting a number of applicants, he recommended a couple of tenants very quickly who have now moved in. I was kept informed of viewings, applications and reference checks at all times. Thanks Sam, Kate and all the team for being, not only professional, but also friendly and approachable.

Being new to the area I was unsure which agent I should work with, however I found a property that I really liked through Carltons, I called up and they arranged a viewing for me straight away. Once I had viewed the property I knew I wanted it, so, i called the agent to advise that I would like to proceed, the initial paperwork was emailed straight across to me and I was able to fill it in online and submit it back to the agent which for me was great as I lived out of town and didn't have time to visit their office. I got a call on the Monday to advise that the Landlord was happy to proceed with me, at this stage I was sent a full application, again digitally so there was no messing around at all, the moment my application was approved by the referencing agency I was contacted by Kate from Carltons to update me and advise me of next steps. Again all my tenancy paperwork was sent across digitally and i was able to sign on line making things much easier for me. I had a few questions which were answered very quickly, no matter who at the team I spoke with, everyone made me feel valued at all times. On the day of the move in I needed to bring it forward by a few hours so i could meet my furniture deliveries and Carltons were happy to accommodate me which made things on my move in day very smooth. I'd like to take this opportunity now to thank everyone on the Carltons team for making me feel very valued as a customer, thank you.
