Selling your house is stressful at the best of times, and Mark provided excellent service and value for money throughout the whole process. Mark was understanding that we had a new born baby in addition to the added problems with regards to COVID, and always ensured that the correct protocols and safety measures were followed when showing people around the property. I would highly recommend his services and can't thank him enough for all of his efforts.

An absolute gem of a company to deal with. We put our home on the market in January 2022. Mark Corley visited us, took all the details, produced a 1st class video of our home with quality photographs and due to excellent marketing, we had 1 day of viewing and a sale on the same day. Since that day the service and communication from Mark and Helen at Corey's could not have been better. We received regular updates as to what was going on within our chain, and whenever we had any queries or uncertainty, all it took was a phone call and we were spoken to in a reassuring, positive manner which really did put our mind at rest. Mark Corley makes himself available at the end of a phone from 8am to 8pm every day, something that is unheard of within other agencies and not only is he prepared to advise on your property, he gave me valuable advice on procedures and protocol in moving home. If I could give this company a 10 star rating it wouldn't be too much. Professional through and through,,..

I have been very impressed with the service I have received from Mark Corley. If the other estate agents with whom I have had to deal were as efficient as Mark then a lot of the stress of moving house would have been removed! I warmly recommend Corley Estate Agents. I’ve used Corley Estates Agents for a number of years through renting and selling 2 houses. I tried them as I was fed up with using certain high street agents whom I simply couldn’t trust (buyers incentive scheme comes to mind). Thankfully I had no such issues with Corley’s, Mark always did always angle to get me a good price for my houses rather than accept anything and Helen always kept me updated with what was going on. It’s worth mentioning also that during times where buyers have tried to negotiate the price Corley’s have stood their ground in trying to get what you think your house is worth. I wish them both the best going forward and would recommend to anyone.

We cannot fault the excellent service provided by Mark Corley. From the initial contact to the completion of sale, Mark was friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and approachable. He secured a sale on the first day of advertising for the full asking price. Throughout the transaction he was contactable and efficient. His team were also friendly and very competent. Exemplary. We opted for Corley Estate Agents over a chain, as we felt that we'd get better, more personal service, and would benefit from Mark's extensive experience. I'm delighted to say that our faith was well-founded. Mark's judgement of the property and the current market proved just right; his encyclopedic knowledge of the complexities of the English property sale process and his ability to explain things in simple terms were of huge benefit. Being a Probate sale, it was handled with great tact and understanding. Mark also dealt seemingly effortlessly with the odd curve-ball we inadvertently threw, e.g. the broken window which required a special technique to close it - handled calmly and efficiently, all in a day's work. Full marks for Corley Estate Agents. This is an independent estate agents offering a fantastic level of service you won't get with the big firms. Mark sold our house for us as we moved overseas in a complicated move with lots of challenges, but the assistance and service we got from Mark with every step and eventuality was hugely impressive and much appreciated. Deeply professional service, excellent communication, with a personal touch. Can't recommend enough

Just been to a property viewing arranged and attended by Mark and it was a great experience. Easy to book a viewing, cooperative with viewing times, Matk showed me around the property, answered all questions and got my application form over to me by the afternoon with emailed updates. We have recently had to sell our late father's house and found Corleys to be the most thorough , fair and honest of all the estate agents that we spoke to. Indeed instincts were spot on as Helen and Mark are very professional , they keep you updated, provide and advise on everything you need and need to know. They are very friendly and go that extra mile. When the processes hit an obstacle they were reassuring and were persistent in making sure that any issues (which were not on their part) were ironed out as swiftly as possible . An excellent local estate agent. Friendly and helpful staff. Great communication. They recently sold my house for me, the customer service was second to none. I was able to leave them a set of keys (house was empty) and they sorted everything out (viewings /surveys etc). Totally hassle free. Genuinely couldn't fault them!
