On the rental side, firstly... you hand over your keys and they absolutely own the rental journey for both you and the tenant... all teething troubles, government checks and any repair and prep issues are quickly and effeciently organised; and they do not overcharge for repair services, which just makes it even more enthralling... Furthermore, EPR's rental fee is the most competitive on the market that I have ever seen. On the sales side, again, EPR operates a very competitive one-off fee to handle the end-to-end sale of your property, paid on sale... And, what is even more astonoshing is that they will supply a plethora of contacts from gardners to removal people that you are free to use and negotiate directly with, to make your prep, sale and move as easy as A, B, C. If there were 10 stars to show how impressed I have been with EPR, that would not do justice to how much pleasure it has been in dealing with this excellent Property Expert. I would recommend them to anyone and everyone in the City and beyond

I been renting a property to EPR for 3+ years, superb people!. There was not small print in the contract and they were always there when we needed help. No buts to our request for service, they always sent a professional to fix the issues.
