The staff are brilliant, they keep you updated, do whatever that can and help you through the process. Norah and Gemma were the main people in the team that were dealing with the sale and made the sale so much easier for me. Norah in particular chased the buyer's solicitor and kept me updated, whenever it was needed. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Thank you to the team.

Very professional agent, house was sold at the right price within 14 days during covid. Agent demonstrated good knowledge of the local market, all veiwings were accompanied and strict Covid19 measures were used by all of their representatives. The agents staff were very experienced and did in fact advise against accepting offers from certain buyers who they did not feel were credible. Also their staff were discrete, arriving in unmarked vehicles and advising against having a board erected. Fees were also very competitive. Can recommend without hesitation.

I offered to buy an investment apartment in city centre in May 2018 and the purchase finally completed in March 2019. It was fraught with complications and problems but Frank Innes staff expertly sorted out every new problem that sprang up. I’ve had really good support from one of the agents at Frank Innes. I moved from south wales to Leicester and had no clue where to look for a suitable apartment. Sam Whiteman helped me a lot and looked for somewhere close to work and central for me as I don’t drive.
