S. M.As a first time buyer I was pleased with the service that Knightsbridge Estate Agents provided.
I viewed several properties with Knightsbridge and the employees showing the property were courteous and professional.
The process of placing an offer with Knightsbridge was easy due to the online platform and the sales negotiator Jessica was excellent.
The process after having the offer accepted was smooth and easy thanks to my sales progressor Samantha.
The only complaint I have was that on a second viewing, after my offer had been accepted, that I requested be an extended one the viewing agent was not given enough time to complete the extended viewing and get to her next viewing meaning she rushed my viewing. Giving viewing agents more time between viewings would alleviate this issue.
Overall a very impressive service that I would recommend to family and friends.

Chris dealt with my inquiries promptly. He was very quick in responding to my emails and was easily available over phone whenever contacted. The entire rental process took for me around 10 days including viewing, references, and signing contract.
Found couple of issues in the flat mainly in the Kitchen sink, however, Knightsbridge Estate was quick to send someone to replace the tab.
So far, I am quite happy with the service and will definitely recommend.

They have just sold a house for us and they did everything they could to make the process easy and informative including a whatsapp group for them the keep you up to date and give feedback on viewings. The valuation was accurate and the house ended up selling for £12k more than another estate agent said would be the maximum we could achieve. However, with Knightsbridge at Clarendon Park, we were fortunate enough to be in contact with Jessica Reading. L. R.My first time viewing properties in Leicester, and the Knightsbridge team made it such an easy and positive process.
I had viewed 5 properties in total, for both residential and investment options. I was travelling up from London so the team managed to get all viewings in One day. Megi took me around the properties and she was fantastic and very patient. She gave me space and time to view as I needed.
She also recommended a chat with her colleague Glen. Glen was fantastic on the investment side, he helped paint a realistic picture, including figures and potential properties in the area.
I didn’t need to book an appointment, he was happy to make time for me.
Neither Megi or Glen put any pressure on me to make a decision. They were positive but realistic about the options. Would really recommend them.

J.On the plus side great to find an agent that values virtual tours, so helpful when viewing properties as well as saving the agent and/or vendor time. Unfortunately their other use of tech and automation is far less successful. I messaged a couple of time via Rightmove with no response. I eventually called to arrange a viewing and received an automated text which when I replied to was ignored. I called to make an offer and was sent another form to fill in which didn't take into account all the circumstances. I called back to explain and make the offer. I didn't hear anything for.few days and was told in a rather off hand way that because I hadn't filled in a form they don't follow up and anyway had a better offer (although the property is still listed for sale) In this day and age tech is great (when it works) but being an agent is a people business first and foremost which seems lost here. I wouldn't use to sell as they will alienate some buyers and miss others. When buying they'll be lower on my list although not as bad as the worst.

However, on the recommendation of Knightsbridge we accepted an offer from a "cash buyer" wanting the house for their family. The buyer then struggled over the course of the next 5 months to secure a buy-to-let mortgage. We feel we weren't supported during this 5-month hold up and were poorly advised regarding the buyer's position..

K.After a sketchy start, followed by being informed 4 weeks into my offer being accepted, sale going through, subject to contract and property no longer on right move, I was told that someone else had put in a significantly higher offer.. obviously, I was confused and annoyed.. as I had provided all documents and instructed solicitors.
I am fully aware of the way the market has gone crazy.. nonetheless, was still surprised and frustrated.
Apparently, the estate agents have an obligation to notify both the seller and myself as the buyer.
HOWEVER, what I would like to say on a POSITIVE is that my sales progressor SHELLEY ALLEN has been an absolute diamond throughout the process.
Extremely professional, bubbly, empathetic, understanding and always kept me up to date. An absolute credit to Knightsbridge..she maintained contact throughout the entire process and always made me feel comfortable.

My moving story started in July 2017. We saw and liked a house on sale by another agent whom I can't name. We had a terrible experience with them and ended up walking away from the house. The owners then re marketed their house with Knightsbridge after having trouble with the corporate firm too. We revisited the house and began the process of offering and viewing it. Both which we would not have done if it wasn't for the professionalism of the Knightsbridge team. I have to thank simon, James, Denise, Caroline and Dharmesh for all seriously helping us to view our new home and purchase it and the whole wigston and Knighton team. After nearly 11 months we completed on the house purchase. The whole time Knightsbridge kept contacting us to tell us what's going on...I was completely grateful for that. Unfortunately due to the involvement of the other corporate firm at the beginning it caused us to have to buy through them and not Knightsbridge, something we were very troubled by as Knightsbridge had done all the hard work. C. J.Very friendly staff but I couldn’t escape the feeling they over promised and under delivered. I would have preferred, and I told them several times, to be told the truth and realistic expectations rather than the ‘we have around hundred buyers looking for exactly your property’ and ‘we will create a price war and have them beating a path to your door as they outbid each other’. The REAL outcome in 4 months was 14 booked appointments of which 8 actually turned up and one offered! We sold but for 10% less than they valued and said was the ‘minimum’ to expect. If they had told a more realistic tale we would have been better prepared and not lost 2 houses we were hoping to buy. They asked for direct feedback on some issues but when I emailed and asked them to let me know a time for a meeting with a director they failed to reply (twice). As I say friendly enough and probably no worse than others but not as good as they talk.
