Since 2007, Newton Fallowell, previously Heritage Estates, have found tenants and managed the rentals for me. I have only ever received top quality, reliable service. It’s an understatement to say that Remi and his team exceed their professional obligations. There have been challenging situations at some of my properties and each time, I've been given support and advice, at all times of the day, even at weekends. From finding the most suitable tenants, to managing the flats, I cannot tell you the peace of mind it gives me to know that I have such a competent team to look after my properties and tenants. When there’s a problem, they have a large team of qualified contractors who will visit and sort emergencies 24/7. No more problematic late night or weekend phone calls for me, usually, just a courtesy email the following day, to let me know how they have dealt with a minor or even a major problem.
