We were initially anxious when our long standing tenants were moving out of our property. We had got in touch with Zavsons. From the initial contact they were friendly, reliable and professional. They had performed a market appraisal of our property, and valued our property correctly to achieve the best rental return. Zavsons had found new tenants for our property by the end of the week. Six months have gone by and we can say they found us good long standing tenants that we are extremely pleased with. I would fully recommend using their services.

I recently worked with Zavsons to find a tenant for a property. The communication and organisation has been brilliant, which made the whole process stress free!
