Whilst my property was on the market I would get regular calls from Karyn in the office letting me know about interest and viewings that were booked in. They were very accommodating and no pressure was applied to accept bookings if they did not suit our family (too late, football practice etc) They were happy to do all the viewings but equally happy if we wanted to do some of them and would always chase up viewers for feedback that may help with the next viewings. As we were beginning to clear out contents of our house we realised the photographs made the house looked crowded so they were happy to return and update the photographs at no additional cost. Very please with them from start to finish. A* Also, as this was the families first 'proper' move (last time we were first time buyers with no children and hardly any stuff), they took time to answer questions about moves in general and the order in which things happen which was very useful for us.

The initial application was processed quickly, however, the forms to complete through Let Alliance were pretty lengthy compared to others. The property I was due to let had also sold prior to my tenancy start date, leaving me with many worries. Fortunatley, Newton Fallowell had an identical property available and were able to copy over my application and allowed me first refusal given the situation. Key collection and the moving in process were a breeze.
