Bought a new-build house with Bernard acting as agent for the builder. Bernard has been brilliant throughout the buying process from our first site visit, to getting the keys. Kept us informed, answered any questions we had, always got back to us promptly and quickly sorted any issues. Hard working, with lots of experience and knowledge, really practical and gives great advice including suggesting local solicitors and carpet fitters we could use. He was just as helpful after the sale has gone through too in answering any queries and questions.

The advice on preparing and presenting our home for sale was personal, in-depth, and clearly effective. The photos and marketing were both amazing and honest, and as result we had several offers and had agreed a sale within a month.
Claire and Charlotte worked exceptionally hard to deal with endless delays and omissions from our buyers conveyancing firm and to keep my solicitors and buyers informed so that the sale could proceed within our timeframe.
