Tick property group employees are very friendly and deliver outstanding tenant care. I am well looked after throughout my tenancy from maintenance to queries they are fast acting and attentive. After some terrible experiences with some well-known property groups, beginning to rent with Tick was a breath of fresh air. Staff that talk to you like another person and not just a sale, proper knowledge about their properties, and genuinely having the feeling of comfort that they want what is best for us, not only what is best for the business as it so often is elsewhere. I am now at a point where I would not consider using anyone other than Tick, why would I! (p.s. what other letting agent sends out Christmas cards with the chance of getting a month's rent free?!)

Cant speak highly enough of tick . Four years in ive never had any issues. Always go above and beyond to do anything needed eg. replace an item of furniture or change bulbs etc. havent had a rent increase either and have always been offered help whenever needed whether its to remove furniture no longer needed with no charge or bring me shopping when i was ill and having to isolate. Cant imagine theres many companys like them out there.
