Had a pleasant getting assisted by Hope at Urban Evolution Lettings when I moved from London to Liverpool. She kept me updated at all times and was helpful with all the queries and enquiries I had during the process. My move was pretty seamless thanks to her.

My experience has been with the sales department, specifically Alexandra Meall, and both my partner and I are very happy with the help and service received. Alex has been very helpful from the beginning, with each of the viewings after we explained what we liked or not about the flat she would check for something that would fit our needs better. She explained the whole sale process which we really appreciate as we are first time buyers.

Was a nice experience having to move into park house. Great people living in and nice facilities put emplace. The management is always ready to help during your process till you get comfortable and settled. Great place i must say.

The Maintenance team is the most efficient I've ever seen. More especifically, Chris has been a huge help in getting everything sorted in mine when anything's gone wrong. He's clean, nice, always knows what to do and is very helpful and attentive. Huge thanks to him!! However, this is just for Chris and not for the whole team. Management is rude and condescending to tenants who have had multiple issues such as myself

I would say that Urban Evolution is excellent in terms of the fact they include lots of things in the price. They provide gym, cinema theater, court yard and roof top. Also its a secure building and you need a fob to get in the building There's a few things i had a problem when i moved in. There customer service was disappointing, i got my room key and they didn't show me where my room was i had figure out myself. They dont have parking that available to you. So overall its ok but not the best.

As my tenancy comes to an end, I have to leave a review thanking Ahmed for being the best concierge over the last year. Ahmed has always gone above in beyond in helping me out with any queries I’ve had my whole time as a tenant at Block D Wostelnholme. As an international student who was stuck in Liverpool throughout the pandemic, Ahmed’s helpfulness, thoughtfulness and overall service with a smile, truly helped in making Block D feel like home. I am a landlord and Urban Evolution manage my property. I recommend them very highly to other such landlords. They have done a wonderful job of finding tenants for me, even during COVID, with minimum void periods. All of the staff have been a pleasure to deal with and nothing is ever to much to ask. Having recently moved in with Urban Evolution in Liverpool I had a very positive experience. Moving during lockdown can be quite challenging but the process was very smooth and efficient with virtual viewings and personalised information to deal with all my concerns. Everyone from the lettings team to the on site staff has been very helpful and attentive. In particular, my letting agent Chloe, dealt with all my queries professionally, was always very friendly and responsive to make sure that I get the right flat to match my personal preferences. One of the best management companies I have ever had. They have amazing staff who always try to help all residents the best they can. The buildings are amazing and for a very affordable price ! It also has free gym, free cinema, free pool tables, basically everything you need for free ! They have staff working 24/7 so they always reply to e-mails within hours, and sometimes even minutes !

I have lived in One Wolstenholme square going on nearly two years. I have been happy with the service from Urban evolution. I have recently moved into another unit within ows and was extremely pleased the effort from Lettings team to find me the best possible worthwhile move. Everything ran smoothly to get me in and out of the flats. They have staff to tend to the tenants needs all the time. 24X7 security surveillance. Many other facilities such as study room, gym, pool table, cinema and games room and much more. Urban evolution is one of the best property management company. they manage properties in many cities in the UK. Opto village Dumfries street , park house on park street and optoliving chapel street and new Bedford house on Dudley street, they are managing in Luton. All the buildings are new, modern very close to town centre and university campus . All the buildings have onsite GYM, cinema, and common areas with pool tables. 24 hours 7 days a week maned receptions. The staff is very friendly and professional.
