I've had a great experience and would recommend Abbeymove to anyone looking to rent in London. Unlike most of my previous experiences with agents, they really care and everyone is very professional. Daniel is responsive and kept me up to date throughout the whole process and just made everything easy. The property I'm renting is in a great condition. The oven was faulty on moving in, however a brand new replacement was installed within a couple of days. Petro who showed be the flat and handed over the keys on moving day was really friendly - thank you! :)

Abbeymove is probably one of the best letting agent around. Daniel answered all my emails in a matter of minutes, answered all my questions promptly and clearly and was a lovely person to deal with. He quickly understood what I was looking for and suggested wonderful properties. All the Abbeymove flats we have seen were clean, beautifully decorated and in perfect condition. It is rare to see agents who so dedicated to their clients. I would highly recommend choosing Abbeymove for your next move!

Usually wouldn't review estate agents but Daniel and Abbeymove were really excellent: very efficient, flexible with prospective tenants, very quick at responding and overall very professional. The whole flat was even redecorated and furniture replaced before I moved in and was reimbursed generously for the small bit of cleaning that was missed off. This sort of service is pretty rare in London.

From the get go Daniel at Abbeymove was professional, pro-active and friendly. We booked a viewing at one flat, however then suggested a flat in the same area that was within our price range and not even on the market yet. Daniel replies to messages/emails within minutes and is very helpful with every single detail. Petro helped us move all our boxes up and saved us a lot of hard work. Honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience dealing with a letting agent and I am super confident that should I have any issues they will be resolved quickly and efficiently.

What can I say?! From the start Abbeymove and Petro have been amazing and they continue to be so. One of the best flats ever. Great decor, good road links, well maintained, nice kitchen, shops and buses are right at doorstep. Abbeymove is great and very friendly agency, with an amazing landlady, Dorothea. We have just updated our contract and Paul from the agency gave us excellent support and customer care. They also fix any issues straightaway, respond to emails as well. Abbeymove is the best agency in the borough. I would highly recommend to anyone.

We rented our flat through Abbey Move a few weeks ago. We were unable to see the flat in person before we reserved it due to the lock down measures in place, but Daniel was extremely helpful and responsive. He even sent us measurements so we could order the right TV! The Just Move In service also provided was hugely helpful in making the move stress free and smooth - and yes, the WiFi did actually work on the first day!

Abbeymove is an excellent company to work with, the staff are very friendly and helpful. They also have a great response rate via emails and calls. If your looking for an Estate Agent better than the norm, I would highly recommend this company.

Daniel did an outstanding service and was very helpful along the way. We were recommended a property and when it didn't match our location interests he promptly offered us another one much better located that was being refurbished, so everything was new and in 3 days we had our house ready. Very affordable place, good neighbourhood in the hearth of Walthamstow. The communication is amazing and any problem I had was solved in the matter of minutes, the paperwork was also clear, quick and easy to do. Really happy with my choice !
