Small office occupied by a team of lovely people! I had a very personal experience which I’ve found is a unique quality in this business. I was housed with people who shared my values, everything was straight forward and they were accommodating regarding my short tenancy request. I found the advertised room on Spareroom located in Clapham Junction. The good points of the room is that it wasn’t occupied by tenants and the furnitures were brand new with potential housemates securing rooms in the house on first come first serve basis. I knew what I wanted, and I was prompt and proactive in completing the paperwork and move-in as soon as possible after a successful viewing. Acquire Estate Agent was proactive in completing this too after I contacted them via call. Due to demand in viewings of rooms, (one person) during my viewing was there looking around.I never asked much questions because my requirements in next place were relaxed, but a good clean and safe living environment, a place that fits within expense budget and area was definitely key points. Most of the apartments or houses from Acquire Estate Agents appears to be situated in good areas with very good local amenities, tube and transportation. It is a big bonus for those who work near the area. For me, I work in the city so commuting and being able to relax in a nice area and house environment was requisite and quintessential, which really helped as I am now working more and more in higher responsibilities with discussions and meetings with Chiefs, Directors and Head of Departments. The good thing about the rooms provided was the 3 months minimum contract. Flexibility is key when other landlords or agencies do not provide this and only offer 6 months or 1 year minimum without any break clause or flexibility. Fortunately, Acquire Estate Agents provided this. Being able to better understand what services Acquire can provide from start to finish was more important to me, and a good service is important. From my experience so far, it was been consistent, direct and relaxed professional. The whole process from arranging a viewing, speaking with Aaron on iterative basis to ensure I completed and provided the relevant information needed to take the room off the market and staff(s) at Acquire Agency to prepare documents was relatively quick. If I am correct, after successful viewing, it took about 1-3 days after relevant checks that they wish to contact were completed.Moving in required a collection of keys at their office and verification and photocopied passport identification. Quick and efficient. During my time, any issues can be raised by email. Now they have a platform to raise this, but for me, email was preferable option during my working hours. The issues can be resolved quickly. Acquire Estate Agents are happy to do their best to accommodate on any reasonable requests made. Moving out was not an issue, I gave my notice like any reasonable tenant is expected to do and a month notice allows the other party to be more informed and provide any necessary support in transition. For example, the agency is great so I would recommend those who are like-minded to check out Acquire Estate Agency. There are few staffs that are there besides Aaron who are also and have had helped me. Whether by phone or email, be sure to know . Overall, the service and staff has been reliable in handling and managing the property and queries related. Should a potential tenant have any issues, it is highly recommended to fix the issue first. Any electrical, fixtures, and other maintenance that typically require a professional and qualified person should be consulted with the agents. Thanks again for their time and patience throughout the previous months and looking forward to keeping in touch with them soon. There are three names at Acquire Estate Agency that deserves positive acknowledgement and recognition that had been consistent track record to their professionalism,, support and response, Aaron, Patricia and Stefanie. I highly recommend speaking to these people to handle your queries. My review is based on my experience. I believe their new system has been more developed than before, so I recommend familiarising yourself with their new system.

Very helpful and trustworthy estate agents. They have always helped me with maintenance issues, even when problems occurred at the weekend as it was the case when the electricity went off in all the plugs in my flat. They sent someone under a few hours and the problem was resolved.

I have just recently left my rented room in a flat in Canada Water where I have lived for the last year and my dealings with the guys at Aquire have been 1st class, any problems we had with the flat were dealt with promptly and professionally.
