We had to leave our details with a sales agent when we made our initial enquiry and he said he would pass them on to Norbert the letting agent. Norbert called us and we arranged a viewing of a flat we were interested in. The day of the viewing he was already waiting at the property for us. He was polite, friendly and easy to talk to. Some of the stories that first agent came up with, they must have thought we were born yesterday. The Adam Hayes team have been professional, open and honest, dedicated to selling our house for the best price possible and always kept us in the loop. This has been during a challenging period, when UK political affairs have resulted in a slumping economy, a weakening pound and a drop in the confidence of buyers that is the right time to be buying.
