What can I say?! Drew has been amazing since day one of us putting an offer in to buy our new home. Andrews were very professional in the start from viewing the property to check in process, we had some issues right from day one in the property with Patio Doors they won't open as something wrong with the key which was never handed over to us, so we raised it with Adrews straight away, they acknowledged it and we had exchanged few emails and they did pass it to LL but no solution nobody followed it up, and because of that we had to chase it up again and again, LL got in touch with us and said they are looking into it then Covid-19 started and we waited patiently and gave it few months even after first Lockdown ended last year but no joy, since it wasn't getting sorted so we asked LL what's happening, they still didn't have anything in place and didn't have no idea when it would be done(It took 10 months and problem was not fixed) then I went back to Andrews but I been told they have had some changes so there is new management team who will be dealing with this property(I only found out when I contacted them for an issue which I raised from day one) Then I had to contact the new team and explained the whole story to an agent over the phone as well as email, he said he will get back to me, but got a response from a different person and she said issues and problems should be raised when they occur, which left me shocked as I clearly raised it from day one. Rebecca O’Keeffe from Renewal team and Tom Giboney from end of tenancy team were really helpful they were quite professional and responsive at the end of tenancy, happy with their customer service, I would give them 5 Stars.
