Yesmine is a great letting agent at Ashley Milton. She was very proactive and made sure the home that we liked was reserved for us while we went through the rental leasing process. We were relocating to London from the US so it was even more crucial that we could trust the agent to be responsive and helpful and Yesmine definitely went above and beyond. We did run into some hiccups after signing the lease but that was after Yesmine’s role in the process and when the property manager from Ashley Milton was dealing with it. We eventually worked it out directly with the landlord as the property managers were not helpful.

Richard Debson provided an excellent sales service. Contracts were exchanged within two months of signing terms of business at the price Richard had originally advised. Richard communicated well throughout the process with buyer, seller and solicitors. Richard was assisted by Chris Bushby in the management team who also ensured a smooth legal process by providing neccessary management information promptly. I would highly recommend using Ashley Milton.
