Estate agents generally tend to have a negative reputation, so naturally I was slightly apprehensive in putting my flat up for sale. Aston Fox definitely proved me wrong and are an exemplar on how an estate agent should behave and operate both in terms of professionalism and efficiency. In particular their customer service from start to finish should be highly commended. Matthew was friendly and professional when it came to doing the initial valuation and taking photos. He even personally helped the other half move bits and pieces around the flat to get the best possible picture. Adrian and Bill were both very effective in managing and running the open day where prospective buyers came and viewed the property. Corrine effectively kept us informed and updated on sale progression, maintaining key contact with the buyer's agent and solicitors and our own solicitor. It was very reassuring to have her at the end of the other line to keep us updated particularly towards exchange and completion. In summary Aston Fox run a smooth effective operation and were a pleasure to deal with. I would recommend them highly to anyone wanting to sell their property and would certainly use them again!

Bought my first home through Aston Fox. Used their recommended mortgage broker, who was extremely good, and found me an awesome mortgage deal. Took help from their solicitor firm too, who did a good job and got everything done quickly. However, I would have felt a little bit more reassured if the solicitor spent some time to explain all the complicated search reports to me, rather than just posting them to my home address. Corinne Poulton was my point of contact and her communication was prompt. Big thumbs up to her. I mostly dealt with Adrian Ma, who is a gem of a staff. He knows how to handle difficult buyers like me, and managed the whole process effectively. Very pleased to work with Adrian.

Adrian provided a good service. The most disappointing experience was being pressured to use the Estate Agent's recommended solicitor, PCS Legal, as they were the absolute worst. Matthew provided an atrocious level of customer service on the handful of times I had the unfortunate experience of talking to him when Adrian was unavailable.

everything from registration through to completion was handled professionally politely and ran very smooth. any queries or questions were answered extremely quickly to make the sale ran as smooth as possible. once having an offer accepted I dealt mainly with David who I was more than happy with when dealing with our purchase. we did have a few hiccups along the way but were managed above expectations and was resolved very quickly. overall we was happy with the service we received from both Bill and David and the other guys in the team.

Coming close to completion I relied more on Adrian/Chris than my conveyancer to get things moving.
