Was a tenant with Avrasons for just over four years in the Oval area. Very happy with their service. They were always very quick to respond/rectify any issues (of which there weren't many) and we're helpful and fair with contractual and rental negotiations over the tenancy term, they also have some great properties on their books. Richard recently helped me to find a new flat in SW8 1AT, and was by far the most helpful, professional and friendly letting agent that I have dealt with. From the very start Justyna made what is often a painful drawn out experience as pleasant as possible. She was professional, courteous and quick to respond to any queries we had. Justyna only showed us properties that met our requirements (as opposed to other agents that show half a dozen unsuitable properties before taking you to the one you want to see) and once we had decided on one that we loved, negotiated with the landlord on our behalf. Am hoping not to have to move for a while, but if I were to, I would want to use Avrasons and especially Justyna again.

Finding a place in London is quite painful. With Avrasons, everything has been really easy. From the the viewing of the flat to the arrangement of the contract, bills, etc. The place was recently cleaned and painted when we moved in and it had some improvements compared to when we saw it. I hope to spend a lot of time in my current flat and if I have to move I will have a look to their properties first.
