Alex was the agent for the seller of the house we were buying. We found him so responsive and fantastic in our calls around the house that we wanted him to deal with the sale of our own flat to. Although it seemed unusual as neither area was Alex’s ‘patch’, we found this not to be an issue at all, whether it was talking through what to list our place for or dealing with negotiations. Highly recommend it. Alex helped us with the sale of our apartment in a tricky market. He has been very responsive throughout, flexible on viewings and very helpful with advice right from agreeing the initial asking price and all the way until exchanging the contracts. The sale process has taken longer than we (and Alex probably too) wished for, due to reasons outside of the agent’s control, but the guys at AW Childs have been very professional and attentive throughout, even when it seemed like the transaction may not happen at the end.
