We contacted 3 different estate agencies when deciding who to sell our flat with. Knowing the reputation the estate agents have, we expected the worst, and that's exactly what we got from 2 of them. Barnard Marcus were different. We dealt with Leon throughout the process. From the start, there was no overestimating of the sale price just to win our business (another agency overestimated by 30%!). There was no pressure selling at any point, appoiments happened when they said they would, calls and emails were returned promptly, honest advice was given when needed etc. It was obvious throughout that Leon had our best interest in mind and not just his own. He was even helping us with advice regarding our onward purchase, beyond what is to be expected, and overall he made the entire (very stressful) process much better and easier than it would have been with another agent / agency.
