Can't praise Luke enough. The only bright spot in my experience of buying my first property. He went above and beyond, even to the point he personally picked up contracts and delivered them to solicitors to ensure we were able to complete. Having dealt with estate agents in the area from other firms, Beaumont Gibbs are by a long way the best. I can’t speak highly enough about how it was dealt with, at all times I was kept up to date about where I was in the process and never left wondering how long things would take. I have bought and sold a few properties through Beaumont Gibbs and have had dealings with most of the staff. They are always willing to answer my questions, which I never was made to feel were silly questions, or made to feel pressured in any way! They also found me workmen, surveyors, brokers etc. Even lent me a jet wash to clean the patio! They helped me get a good sale price for my properties in a speedy timeframe! My initial reason for using them was the quality of their photographs and later the video walkthroughs during the pandemic - they are of a professional quality.
