I had to renew my contract with my tenant as that first year will end in March 2022. Sebastien helped me with sound advice: I got an increase on the rent that I had not expected. This was done in a record time. He also helped me with another practical problem concerning the house. I appreciated his professionalism and his availability greatly.

As part of their team, Soraia Lopes has been outstanding, literally the best Property Manager I have worked with in 20 years as a Landlord or Renter. Her efficiency and courtesy quite exceptional, and her incredibly high standards are never compromised, no matter how awkward the circumstances or flustered the initial contact from us - as we coped with the trials and tribulations of renting in an older mansion block.
