Very enthusiastic and helpful agency. The agent who served me was Raj Miah. The property that we originally wish to rent was not available, but he quickly found us other similar options. I had my first point of contact and viewing with Sarah from the Canary Wharf/Greenwich office for a studio flat in the Kidbrooke Village development. Unfortunately, that arrangement fell through and I was unable to secure that unit. However, availability opened up for the unit I'm currently in at Beaufort Park, and the entire process could not have been more fluid. Sarah saw to it that all the information that had already been collected for my file in regards to the Kidbrooke studio was transferred to her colleagues at Beaufort Park, negating the need to undergo referencing once more. I was then in contact with Jasmin at Beaufort Park, and she was just as helpful and professional as Sarah was. I had been searching for a flat for quite some time before landing the one I have now, and spoke to quite a few estate agents in the process. A frightening majority of them were horribly unreliable and some were downright unprofessional. Benham and Reeves was a refreshing change of pace and made my entire flat hunting experience more enjoyable again. Jasmin and Sylvie at Beaufort Park handled all the paperwork with my tenancy agreement with ease, and made everything extremely convenient.

I was living in Benham and Reeves apartment for about a year. My experience of working with them was extremely positive. The apartment check-in process was smooth. More importantly, when living there, their maintainance services were super-responsive and helpful. For apartment issues, B&R did everything in their power to fix anything ASAP. At the time of check-out as well, they were prompt and punctual to return the full deposit on time. I would give credit to their property manager Maz for maintainance responsiveness and check-out processes. He was also very accommodating of circumstances as they can usually change during a move. The management office which handles concerns post move were quite helpful and accommodating as well. Maz who is responsible for handling my flat has been arranging fixes and coordinating with us to help us in the process of the move. The administration office has some slack however. If someone is going on leave, they should forward their emails to their colleague or the person-in-charge instead of making people wait for them to return. Also, when they return, they need to clear out backlog soon.

I am a student who came to England to study. I had a lot of difficulties in getting a room. I didn't have enough English yet, so I had a lot of communication problems and I didn't know all the things I needed to get a house. I went to a lot of real estate to get a room. They were all quick and said they'd be in touch again, but they didn't. But Sam, who provided me with the room I wanted, slowly told me and helped me write down the difficult words and procedures one by one. He explained in detail everything about the Internet, electricity, taxes, and rooms. He also explained what was around the house. When I applied for tax and Internet, I had a problem because of lack of English. Then I called Sam and asked him if he could help me, and he happily smiled and helped me. He helped many things kindly. He constantly tried to find me the room I wanted and helped me with many things. I'm really happy to meet him.

Letting itself was excellent (Sam Shah). However, preparation of the Agreement were shocking - fundamental errors against the HoTs made on the document sent for signature. Handover arrangements to the new tenant were disappointing (B&R are also the managing agents)
