@Greta Andrijauskaite from Benham & Reeves is an Estate Agent par above excellence. Her professionalism and customer relationship management was second to none. We started our house search in February 2021 as we looked at moving to the UK having sorted our accommodation but we kept hearing from different housing agents who sometimes misrepresented the conditions of the apartments/houses on offer and arm-twisted us to taking what was on offer because we were not physically present for viewing amongst other factors. Until we met Greta in May who promptly responded enthusiastically to our house search inquiries and a show of interest in available properties listed on their website. She treated us as if we had met before and the rapport was amazing as she attentively and considerately listened to our needs and shared suggestions and arranged for online viewing whilst we were in Zimbabwe up to when we arranged for payment of a deposit before our travel and an upfront payment of the first pcm rent whilst we were under Quarantine notwithstanding that we had not met before. We were anxious that we would be duped and fall prey just because everything seemed too good to be true. Lo and behold, when we moved into the apartment we fell in love with the place instantly. The online virtual tour together with the pictures that we had seen, do not do justice to our lovely home. She played a phenomenal role and we are grateful for having worked with her as we would recommend her to anyone anytime of the day even in our sleep. She is simply the best !!!

We were unfortunate to lose a property at the last minute when the landlady decided to take a property off the market for personal reasons, but Benham & Reeves were able to see us that day and get us a property sorted and the paperwork through all within the short timeframe available, which we were extremely grateful for, as otherwise we could have been left without a property to move into! We were in communication with Nick Hubbard and he was really quick at responding and sorting everything, and was able to negotiate us a great rate on the property with the landlord. Were definitely happy with the experience and would recommend Nick as an agent.

They were pivotal in supporting us against a nightmare social housing neighbour.
