I have rented a property with Benham & Reeves almost 4 years back. I can’t appreciate them enough. Especially the Knightsbridge Branch Manager Lisa-Jane Stratton & her team. The service since day one from viewing to moving was easy & seamless. Lisa is highly professional, friendly, helpful & efficient. My entire stay was very smooth & comfortable. Hassle & stress free! The Benham & Reeves team has the ability to listen carefully to what their tenants are saying, to understand and then to respond appropriately and timely. They react quickly and decisively in an emergency, keeping a cool head and effectively solve the problems for landlords and tenants. When working to fix issues at the properties, Benham & Reeves has instructed local firms with handymen who complete tasks to a high standard. As the manager of a block of 450 Residential Apartments in SW3, 75% of which are let, I speak on an almost daily basis to Managing Agents of Flats regarding a wide range of issues. I recently had a problem with a troublesome and noisy tenant in my building. It transpired that the flat was let and managed by the Knightsbridge branch of Benham & Reeves. I contacted them and liaised with Lisa-Jane Stratton the Branch Manager. Lisa-Jane's response to the the issue was both immediate and effective. Her concern that their tenant may have caused a nuisance to neighbouring flats was very much appreciated and something that sadly is all too rare in block management these days. I cannot recommend Benham & Reeves highly enough to anyone thinking of using their rental services.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism and responsiveness of the entire team throughout the process: they were efficient and courteous in handling the negotiation and screening stage, and extremely responsive and punctual when it came to moving-in practicalities.
